CNC racks and expansion

A display is only one part of a CNC system. The rack, I/O, fieldbus and software must be selected together for the actual press brake.

CNC racks and expansion

Match the electronics to the axes.

Separate screen and motion

The W-series uses a PC-and-rack architecture. The brochure also shows S550N and S510 rack references; rack selection depends on drive and axis architecture.

Connect the machine

CANopen, EtherCAT and I/O expansion support different integration requirements. Available interfaces are not a promise that every port or module is installed.

Count every controlled axis

Y1/Y2 ram axes and the X, R and Z gauging axes are separate channels. Share the exact backgauge layout, crowning and accessory requirements for an engineering review.

Inside the ESA brochure

Open an illustration at its original extracted size. These are manufacturer reference images, not photographs of a specific BENDRYX installation.

ESA manufacturer reference, not a guarantee of the equipment installed on any individual BENDRYX machine. The quotation determines rack, axis count, software licenses and accessories. ESA S840 W is our standard platform; other models and systems require application and availability confirmation.

Images and specification reference: ESA VIS-600/800 bending brochure (2024), printed pages 14–23. Manufacturer illustrations retain their original appearance. Published brochure values should be reconfirmed against the current supplied configuration.

Specify the complete bending workflow.

Tell us your machine, parts, gauging and programming requirements. We will confirm the control and options in your quotation.
